Updates to user permissions in Figma Organization

• Org Viewers that are given edit permissions on a team or project will not become paid users until they click the edit button within a file or are invited to edit a file directly. Learn more here. 
• Viewers that have edit permissions on a team or project but have not yet taken an edit action, must click the new“Edit file” button to make changes to a file. Learn more here.  
• Users with a Viewer Restricted role can now create new teams. They may also take additional actions related to teams and projects based on their edit permissions. See full list of actions here.
