 Tweaks to override and component rules

• The rules for when text overrides transfer between variants have been loosened to be closer to what people expect.
• We’ve restored the ability to rename layers inside of instances.

Team Library simplification

• Orgs users now have explicit control over which libraries they would like to see while working on drafts.

New documentation links for main components

• Main components have a new field where teams can link to relevant documentation. These documentation links are now available in the Inspect Tab, alongside component descriptions.
